Alan Kantapin, CFA®
Alan is an investment manager and wealth advisor turned digital-assets consultant, with 18 years of Wall Street experience at Morgan Stanley. There, he helped manage and advise on over $5 billion in multi-asset class portfolios for institutions, families, and entrepreneurs. A CFA Charterholder with active Series 7 and 66 licenses, Alan co-founded CW3 Digital Assets Consulting to bridge traditional finance with digital assets and Web3 technologies. Today, he focuses on research, consulting, and education, helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving digital asset economy and leverage decentralized technologies for a more resilient financial future.
Rine Dunia, MSc Finance
Rine is an economist and finance professional with extensive experience in both traditional finance and technology. She spent a decade in product and technology roles at Wolters Kluwer building risk, liquidity, and regulatory compliance solutions for global banks across the US, Canada, Europe, and APAC. She entered the Web3 space in 2018 and, in 2021, founded ChicaWeb3, a Spanish-language platform promoting the adoption of Bitcoin and digital assets across Latin America. She later co-founded CW3 Digital Assets Consulting to scale that work—helping people and organizations bridge TradFi with blockchain.
